Our CSR strategy reaffirms a dedication to conducting business in a responsible and sustainable manner while continuing to deliver top-quality goods and services. We believe in inclusive growth — working toward the upliftment of the communities we serve, addressing their present needs while building toward their future. That's the core objective behind our CSR efforts, rather than treating sustainability as a checkbox exercise disconnected from actual business operations.

In practice, we utilize internal resources — research, marketing, financial, human resources, and our own products — to maximize the impact and reach of our CSR activities. This method allows for sustainability not being compartmentalized in some other division but utilizing the capabilities that we use for our primary manufacturing activities. In this way, we are implementing interventions that will be sustainable and help address important community needs through them rather than just providing some form of assistance that does not create any lasting impact.

Moreover, our dedication was also noted by some outside agency. Namely, in 2022, we have received a Silver Sustainability Rating while in 2024 we have received a Bronze Sustainability Rating from EcoVadis. These ratings are significant since they show how our company is performing according to the sustainability benchmarks set by this organization. It is important to note that these ratings are not based on self-reporting but an outside evaluation of the company's performance regarding those metrics. In this way, the company can boast being a sustainable participant in the pharmaceuticals industry through outside validation.
